Stuart Springall has extensive work experience in various HR and people management roles. Stuart is currently the Head of People & Talent at AxiCom, where they oversee the full cycle of People, Talent, Reward, and Development for the agency. Prior to this, Stuart was the Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Knotel, responsible for leading the People & HR function and developing talent strategies. Stuart also served as the Human Resources Manager at WME and the Human Resources Executive at Air Partner, where they managed recruitment, HR initiatives, and payroll. Stuart started their career as a Human Resources Administrator at Towers Watson and gained valuable customer service experience as a Senior Cabin Crew member at British Airways. Stuart also worked as a Settlements Executive at ABN AMRO Bank and started their career as a Bank Clerk at Coutts.
