Erin Miramontes

Erin Miramontes has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Erin started their career as an Intern at the Opera Theatre of Saint Louis, where they served as a liaison for patrons, artists, and press. Erin then worked at the Boston Conservatory, initially as a Student Affairs Resource Coordinator, where they assisted in planning events and managed the peer tutoring program. Later, they became the Interim Director of Career and Community Services and then the Director of Student Programs, overseeing orientation programs and coordinating student performances.

After their time at the Boston Conservatory, Erin joined MIT as an Executive Assistant, supporting the Office of the President and the Publications Bureau. Erin managed the reservations calendar and appearance of the President's conference room and supervised the copy room.

Next, Erin worked as an Administrative Assistant at Centre Partners, where they greeted guests, managed conference rooms, and performed administrative duties. Erin then joined FTEN as an Organizational Development Coordinator, where they developed the Total Health Program and designed team walls to showcase the company's achievements and creative outlets.

In 2012, Erin joined Axiom as a Recruitment Analyst before transitioning to Manager and later Senior Manager of Global Benefits. Erin supported the performance of Business and Delivery team members across global locations and cultivated relationships with candidates and external recruiters. In 2020, they became the Director of Global Benefits and later the Director of Global Total Rewards, playing a critical role in Axiom's People Team.

Erin Miramontes completed a Bachelor of Music degree in Voice at Illinois Wesleyan University from 1997 to 2001. Erin then pursued further education at Boston Conservatory at Berklee, earning a Master of Music degree in Opera from 2001 to 2003.
