Catie Hague has an extensive work experience in the field of strategic communications and public affairs. Catie currently holds the position of VP Strategic Communications at Axiom Space since 2022. Previously, they served as the Director for Space Force Public Affairs & Advisor to Chief of Space Operations at the United States Space Force from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Liaison for Secretary of the Air Force Public Affairs at NASA from 2019 to 2020. Catie also has a strong background in the United States Air Force, where they held various roles including Commander, AFROTC Detachment 003 and Director of Operations, AFROTC Detachment 805. Catie also served as a Public Affairs Officer in different capacities within the Air Force, including at the Office of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Public Affairs. Throughout their career, Catie has demonstrated expertise in media relations, strategic communications, and providing guidance and advice to senior leaders.
Catie Hague completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Law at the United States Air Force Academy in 1998. In 2008, they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Journalism from the Missouri School of Journalism. In 2010 to 2011, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Strategic Intelligence at the National Defense Intelligence College. Catie also attended the Squadron Officer School in 2004, where they studied Military and Strategic Leadership. Additionally, they attended the United States Air Force Academy Preparatory School in 1994. In 2016, they attended the USAF Air War College, although the degree and field of study are not specified.
