Saige Drecksler is a skilled engineer specializing in aerospace, aeronautical, and astronautical engineering. Currently serving as a Water Recovery Research and Development Engineer and as an AME Flight Controller at Axiom Space since July 2022, Saige contributed to the Ax-3 mission. Previous experience includes a Graduate Teaching Assistant position at Applied Mathematics CU Boulder from August 2020 to May 2022, and a Human Factors Engineering Internship at Magic Leap during July and August 2021. Saige also served as the AIAA Chapter Treasurer at UF Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering from July 2017 to May 2020, volunteered at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine from June 2015 to June 2016, and interned at Books and Books in June and July 2014. Saige holds a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Florida, and has additional bachelor's qualifications from QUT and UM-SJTU Joint Institute. Education was completed at Miami Coral Park Senior High School, earning a high school diploma in 2016.
