Rob Grier

Vice President Of Product Development at Axion BioSystems

Rob Grier began their career in 2008 as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Georgia Tech Research Institute. In 2009, they joined Axion BioSystems as the Director of Product Design, where they were responsible for managing projects from conceptualization to manufacturing release. Rob also served as the Director of Operations, managing all manufacturing and operating personnel to achieve top line growth objectives, and as the Design Manager, leading the engineering team on mechanical aspects of the entire product line. Additionally, they served as the Operations Manager, managing all MEMS and Hardware related manufacturing, and as the Process Engineer, managing inventory and production of high tech research devices. Finally, they worked as an Engineering Intern, conducting research on the effect of combining electronic and biological practices together in both research and consumer products.

Rob Grier attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering. Rob also completed a Minor in Engineering & Business through the Denning Technology & Management Program in 2009-2010.
