The current leadership team at AXIS Capital has a wide range of experience in both the public and private sector. They have worked as partners at McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP, as a head of investments at PartnerRe, and as a director of research at Oppenheimer Capital. Other experience includes working as a senior broker at Benfield, a chief human resources officer & CAO at FirstKey, and an executive director, senior HR officer at Morgan Stanley. The team is also educationally diverse, with degrees in finance, psychology, actuarial science, and sociology.
