Sergio Guillen has held various roles throughout their work experience. Sergio started their career at The Hershey Company as an Operations Research Manager from 1985 to 1988. From there, they worked at Arancia Industrial as a Financial Information Manager from 1988 to 1990, and later as a Strategic Planning Manager from 1990 to 1993. Sergio then joined Jose Cuervo, where they served as a Communications and Information Systems Director from 1993 to 1995, and as a Strategic Planning, Communications and Information Systems Director from 1995 to 1997. After that, they worked at KPMG as a Senior Manager from 1997 to 1998. At EDS, they held various positions including Director Operations in the Manufacturing Industry from 1998 to 2000, Client Executive for GM Mexico from 2000 to 2003, and Client Executive for the Manufacturing Industry in Latin America North from 2003 to 2004. Sergio then joined Hewlett Packard, where they served as Delivery Director for Argentina and Chile from 2004 to 2005, Client Executive for the Consumer Industries & Retail sector in Latin America from 2005 to 2006, Vice President of the Latin America South Hub from 2006 to 2007, and Vice President of Service Delivery for Latin America from 2008 to 2013. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Spir-it as a Vice President of Operations. Currently, they are working at Axity, starting as the Vice President of Operations for NOLA from 2017 to 2018, then as the Chief Customer Officer from 2019 to 2021, and currently holds the role of Regional Delivery Director.

Sergio Guillen earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Boston College from 1980 to 1984. Sergio then pursued Postgraduate Studies in Computer Science at The University of Texas at Austin from 1984 to 1985. Additionally, they obtained a certification in SAP FICO from SAP in 1998.
