Tracy Mesina

Tracy Mesina has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tracy currently serves as a Scrum Master Lead at Axos Bank, where they coach Agile best practices and leads the IT Project Management Office for the Securities & Commercial Banking Groups. Tracy is responsible for resolving inter-team dependencies and improving overall collaboration. Prior to their role at Axos Bank, Tracy worked as the Chief Operations Officer at MetaTravelers. Tracy also has experience as a Small Business Owner at Geologik. Tracy's early career includes roles as an NLP Research Linguist & Scrum Master at Optum, a Logistics Coordinator at Samsung Electronics America, and a Sales Support/National Trainer at TechSmart. Tracy Mesina attended UC Irvine from 2008 to 2010, where they focused on linguistics but did not obtain a specific degree. Tracy then transferred to UC San Diego and completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Linguistics from 2010 to 2011. Additionally, Tracy obtained certifications as a Professional Scrum Master I and Professional Scrum Master II from Scrum.org in December 2022.
