Robin Merritt has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and industries. From 1990 to 1997, they worked at Gap Inc. as a Store Manager, Area Manager, and District Manager. From 1997 to 2000, they were a Western Regional Manager at Brooks Brothers, responsible for driving sales and profitability. They then joined Andersen Business Consulting as a Senior Manager, focusing on strategy, structure, and operations of organizations. From 2004 to 2008, they served as the Practice Director for Retail Services at Kronos Inc. and later took on the role of Area Services Director, Healthcare and Analytics. From 2008 to 2014, they were a Sr. Director and Vice President at Kronos Inc., managing customer relationships and implementation efforts. In 2014, they joined Workforce Insight as the SVP of Strategic Services, focusing on workforce management practices. Currently, since 2015, they hold the positions of Senior Vice President and Chief UKG Strategy and Marketing Officer at Axsium Group, where they drive strategic practices and guide customers on mobile strategy and engagement tools.

Robin Merritt attended the University of North Texas from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing. In 2003, Robin enrolled in the Professional Executive Program at Columbia University, specializing in Strategic Planning.
