Manuel Mercado is an experienced Client Project Manager at Axtel since September 2019, specializing in capacity growth and service delivery for major telecom carriers including AT&T and Telefónica Movistar. Previously, Manuel held pivotal project management roles at Sitecom, Cycom, IASA – Grupo Carso, GTAC, and others, overseeing significant projects such as the Shared Net initiative and optical fiber network installations. With a strong foundation in project oversight, subcontractor management, and operations, Manuel has developed extensive expertise across the telecom sector.
