Melissa Baldoni started their work experience in 2003 as an Associate Manager and Wellness Coach at PRO Rehabilitation Associates PA, where they collaborated with therapists to develop and implement therapy programs. Melissa then worked at The Princeton Review as a Regional Success Manager and QA Monitor, conducting process activity mapping and developing solutions. In 2010, they joined Penn Foster as a Manager of Employee Development and later became a Senior Customer Success Manager, managing customer relationships and implementing project tracking systems. In 2014, they joined Aspect Software as a Senior Customer Success Manager, where they played a key role in launching a cloud contact solution. Melissa also served as a Marketing CX Manager, overseeing corporate CX programs and co-hosting customer experience events. In 2018, Melissa joined Sparkcentral as the Director of Customer Success, where they aimed to enhance products and assist customers in adopting new technologies. Currently, they are working at Axway as a Director of Customer Success, helping businesses with digital transformation and providing seamless customer experiences.
Melissa Baldoni has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Relations, with minors in Marketing and Management from Misericordia University. Melissa also has an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy/Respiratory Care Emphasis from Keystone College. Melissa has obtained certifications in Kinesiology & Biomechanics from the American Council on Exercise (ACE), as well as certifications in Corporate Events Management and Project Management from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education. Additionally, they have achieved Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 and Level 2 certifications from SuccessHACKER, as well as a Net Promoter Certified Associate certification from Satmetrix in 2016.
