Parashar Joshi

Parashar Joshi has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Parashar is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Aymium since September 2022. Prior to this, they held leadership roles at Valvoline Inc., starting as the Vice President of Global Operations & Supply Chain from April 2013 to September 2021, followed by Vice President/General Manager, Global OEM from October 2021 to September 2022. Before joining Valvoline Inc., Parashar worked at Ashland Performance Materials, where they held various positions such as Director Manufacturing Operations & Technology from December 2012 to April 2013, Central Region Manager from January 2011 to December 2012, Plant Manager from December 2006 to 2011, and Assistant Global Manufacturing Manager from June 2004 to December 2006. Parashar began their career at Ashland, Inc. as a Process Engineer and progressively worked their way up from 1998 to 2003.

Parashar Joshi obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. Parashar pursued this degree from 1993 to 1998. Later, in 2001-2002, they attended Cleveland State University and completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance & Operations Management.
