Ivan Welch

Ivan Welch has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ivan'smost recent role was as the Chief Customer Acquisition Officer at aYo Holdings, where they have been since February 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Group Head of Business Development at the same company from May 2021 to February 2023. Before joining aYo, Ivan worked as an Independent Contractor for aYo in 2019.

Before their time at aYo, Ivan held managerial positions at various companies. Ivan was the Managing Director of Thebe Wellness Services from July 2014 to December 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Director of Sales Squad from June 2012 to June 2014. Ivan also worked as the Head of New Business Development at Momentum Africa Private Limited from February 2010 to May 2012, and as the Regional General Manager of Medical Services - Southern Africa at International SOS from March 2008 to December 2009.

In addition, Ivan has extensive experience in African operations, having served as the General Manager of African Operations at Momentum Africa Private Limited from October 2005 to February 2008, and as the Regional Sales Manager at African Life Health from March 2001 to September 2005.

Ivan Welch completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Strategic Marketing Management from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. This academic achievement took place between 2004 and 2006. Additionally, Ivan also obtained a Master's degree in Strategic Marketing Management from the same institution, although the specific duration of this program is unknown.
