Learning Manager at AYTM

Emily Kelley is the Learning Manager at AYTM. Emily has also served as a Program Manager at Bethany Community Church, where they coordinated a diverse calendar of 150+ events for groups of 10–300 annually.

Kelley has also overseen annual planning and budgeting processes for 22 departments, totaling over $1.1M, and has managed special projects, including coordinating contractors for $35k campus furnishing refresh.

In addition, Kelley has developed social media strategy and architected brand presence on YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. Emily has also dictated the calendar and execution of all external communication for daily social media posts, weekly video announcement scripting and filming, and bi-weekly e-newsletters.

Finally, Kelley has worked with team leaders across the organization to ensure events and programs are promoted on time, produced and directed 15+ videos for new YouTube Channel, growing subscriptions to over 1,000 subscribers in 6 months, sourced vendors for events with an emphasis on supporting local businesses, and coordinated meeting schedules for Department Head and Leadership Advisory teams.

Ms. Kelley has a Bachelor of Arts from Baylor University in Religion and is currently a Communication Specialist. Emily also has a Communications degree from Maastricht University and is certified in Technical Writing and Presenting Technical Information with Stories from LinkedIn and Bellevue College respectively.

Emily Kelley reports to Jeffrey Johnson, Director of Learning. They are on a team with Irina Feygina - Workplace Harmony Facilitator, Morgan McKinley - Learning Manager, and Jeremy Eagan - Learning Contractor.
