Carla Mico, RPm

Carla Mico, RPm has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. Carla started their career as an HR Intern at The Medical City in May 2015. After that, they joined Azeus Systems Philippines Limited in July 2016 as a Corporate Recruiter. In this role, they handled end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing and screening applicants, conducting interviews, and administering exams. Carla also established partnerships with universities and student organizations, organized recruitment events, and created reports on recruitment statistics. Carla worked at Azeus Systems until December 2018.

In January 2019, Carla became a Career Advisor at Ateneo de Manila University's Loyola Schools Office of Placement and Career Services. Carla held this position until July 2020 when they transitioned to their current role at Azeus Systems Limited as a Regional Recruiter and Corporate Recruiter.

Throughout their career, Carla has demonstrated their expertise in recruitment and HR, with a particular emphasis on building relationships with universities, conducting interviews, and organizing recruitment events.

Carla Mico, RPm completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Miriam College from 2012 to 2016. Carla obtained their certification as a Registered Psychometrician from the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission in June 2017.
