Peer Spies

Peer Spies has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Peer started their career in 2013 with an internship in change management at Daimler AG. Later, they worked as a consultant at Porsche Consulting in 2013, and then as a project management team lead at Handwerkskammer für München und Oberbayern from 2016 to 2017. Peer also served as a freelancer consultant, trainer, and coach from 2010 to 2016.

In 2018, Peer joined Loanboox as a business development associate and gradually progressed to become a business development manager and then a strategic project manager. Their tenure at Loanboox lasted until March 2023, during which they contributed to the growth and success of the leading European debt financing platform.

After Loanboox, Peer joined AZOWO GmbH as the Head of Business Development in March 2023. AZOWO is a Project A venture and the market-leading enterprise solution for connected mobility. Here, Peer utilizes their expertise to master the mobility transformation and solve the major challenges of this generation and the future.

Alongside their work experience, Peer briefly worked at Daimler AG in 2018 in the Workplace and Strategy division.

Overall, Peer Spies has developed a strong skill set in business development, strategic projects, project management, consulting, and coaching throughout their progressive career in various organizations.

Peer Spies completed a Master's degree in Business Psychology at Hochschule für angewandtes Management. In addition, they attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business from 2020 to 2022, where they pursued a degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Peer also holds several additional certifications, including "Building Your Leadership Skills" from HEC Paris, "Growth Strategies" from The Wharton School, "How to Manage a Remote Team" from GitLab Inc., and "Innovating with the Business Model Canvas" from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
