Claire Stapleton

Claire Stapleton serves as the Group Head of Real Assets at Aztec Group since November 2023. Prior to this role, Claire held multiple positions at BNY Mellon from October 2019 to September 2023, including Global Head of Real Estate Fund Accounting Operations and Head of Real Estate Funds EMEA. With extensive experience at State Street as Vice President of Real Estate & Private Equity from April 2006 to September 2019, and earlier as a Financial Accountant at Hypo Real Estate Bank International, Claire has developed a strong background in real estate and client accounting. Claire's educational qualifications include a Fellowship from Chartered Accountants Ireland and degrees in US GAAP, IFRS, and Law and Accounting from the University of Limerick.
