Dean Iles

Dean Iles is the Head of Risk and Compliance at Azzurro Associates since December 2023. Prior to this role, Dean worked at Amigo Loans as the Risk Assurance Manager where he was responsible for managing open issues, coordinating internal audit validation, and producing monthly reporting. Dean also served as a Responsible Business Council Member, where he advised on ESG strategy and proposed UN Sustainable development goals. He was also part of the Consumer Duty Task Force project and held various positions in compliance, complaints, litigation, and lending review within the financial services industry. Dean holds a Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma from BSI Training Academy.
