Karl Noronha

Director of Strategy and Operations at B Capital Group

Karl Noronha is the current Director of Strategy and Operations at B Capital Group. Prior to this, they were with Kopi Kenangan as a Board Member from June 2020 to December 2021. Karl has also been with The HEINEKEN Company as Head of Digital Commerce APAC from June 2018 to February 2020, where they were responsible for building the APAC digital hub, developing an industry-leading B2B2C commerce platform and executing regional roll-outs in SG, MY, VN, Cam and ID. From July 2016 to June 2018, they were the General Manager for Singapore and Malaysia at aCommerce - Ecommerce Solutions for Southeast Asia. Karl was also the Regional Director, Amazon Global Selling, SE Asia at Amazon from March 2015 to July 2016. Their previous role was as Manager, Customer Business Development CMK at Procter & Gamble from January 2010 to February 2015.

Karl Noronha has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, with a focus in Strategy and Entreprenuership. Karl also has an Economics/Commerce (Honours) degree from The Australian National University, with a focus in Economics and Marketing.

They are on a team with Hachem Alaoui Soce - Director of Strategy & Operations, Varun Gupta - Director of Strategy & Operations, and Nick Thompson - IT Director. Karl Noronha reports to Ted Hill, Partner & COO.
