Trevor Richins

Trevor Richins has an extensive work history in the construction industry. Trevor began their career at Richmond American Homes as an Assistant Superintendent from 2006 to 2007. Trevor then worked as a Superintendent at Classic Contruction Services from 2007 to 2009. In 2010, they joined Wadsworth Brothers Construction as an Estimator, where they coordinated with subcontractors and office personnel, planned construction schedules, reviewed cost controls, and estimated civil work. After three years, they transitioned to Wedgewood LLC as a Project Manager, overseeing various projects related to distressed residential real estate. Trevor eventually worked their way up to become an Area Manager and later a Senior Area Manager before leaving the company in 2023. Trevor currently holds the position of Project Director at BHI, CO.

Trevor Richins has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Utah Valley University, which they obtained from 2007 to 2010. In 2002 to 2004, they also pursued an Associate of Science degree at Dixie State University. Recently, in 2019, Trevor obtained a Real Estate License from Stringham Real Estate School. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent from Dimension Realty Services, which they obtained in October 2019.
