Vidya Bharath

Vidya Bharath has extensive experience in the Human Resources field. Vidya began their career in 1999 as a Documentation Executive at Amalgamated Bean Coffee Trading Co Ltd. In 2004, they joined Cisco Systems as a Recruiting Co-ordinator and was responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. That same year, they also worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Ge John F Welch Technology Centre Private Limited. In 2005, they joined Amazon as a Recruiter and was responsible for staffing solutions across all eight technology business units in Bangalore. In 2010, they moved to Flipkart.com (a Walmart Company) as a Senior HR Manager- Technology and established HR practices and processes to create an effective and high-performance organisation based on the dynamics of the business. Most recently, in 2015, they joined B2Brain (formerly known as Credibase.com) as the Head of People Function and helped define the organisational culture, partnered with the founders and leaders to drive the organisation’s people-oriented objectives, and maintained a pulse on the disposition of the organisation.

Vidya Bharath has a diverse educational background. In 2021, they completed an OD Certification Program at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, focusing on Organizational Development. In 2020-2021, they completed an Executive MBA in Human Resources & Organisation Behaviour at the National Institute of Business Management. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Bangalore University. Vidya also has a certification in Managing Talent from Coursera Course Certificates, obtained in April 2016.
