Efrain Rojas Salas

Efrain Rojas Salas is currently the Service & Operations Manager LAS at B2X Care Solutions, where Efrain oversees the administration and management of service centers in Chile, as well as the planning and management of material/consumable usage. Prior to this role, Efrain worked as an Ingeniero de Hardware at Claro Chile S.A., focusing on tracking the homologation process for mobile terminals and fixed network equipment. Additionally, Efrain served as the Jefe de Procesos SIG y Control de Calidad en Servicio Tecnico at Cellstar Chile S.A., where Efrain was responsible for controlling processes and Integrated Management Systems for the technical service department.
