Himanshu Nandecha

Himanshu Nandecha serves as the Head of HR & TA at B5 Plus Group, bringing substantial expertise in human resources and talent acquisition. As the Founder and CEO of Search Solutions, Himanshu has also demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Previous roles include Recruitment Manager at Civica India, Head of Talent Acquisitions at Topaz Multi Groups, and Manager of Workforce Planning and Deployment at Sodexo. Educationally, Himanshu holds an HR Analytics Certification in Human Resources Management and Services from the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak, completed in 2019, and is furthering education at Anexas Europe since November 2021.
