Mounir Katergi has over 15 years of experience in HR roles. Mounir currently works as the HR Section Head at Baalbaki Chemical Industries (BCI) since March 2023. Prior to this, they were the Head of Compensation and Benefits at Al Makassed Philanthropic Islamic Association of Beirut from April 2022 to February 2023. From January 2013 to June 2022, they served as the HR Section Head at Rabya Trading & Agriculture Co. Ltd. Before that, they worked as an HR Officer at Arabian Construction Co. from July 2010 to January 2013. Mounir started their career as an HR Coordinator at ATTIEH GROUP LTD, where they worked from July 2006 to July 2010.
Mounir Katergi obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from the Lebanese American University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, they also earned several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include the Professional in Human Resources - International (PHRi), which they obtained from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a certification in Reward Management from Hay Group in December 2015. In December 2010, Mounir Katergi also received a certification in Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from Morgan International.
