John Sims has over 25 years of experience in support analysis and team leadership within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Infrastructure, Services & Support Team Leader and Principal Support Analyst at Babcock International Group since May 2009, John has developed significant expertise in managing support services. Prior to this role, John worked as a Senior Support Analyst at BMT Defence Services Ltd from September 2000 to May 2009 and began career as a Support Analyst at KPMG UK from August 1998 to September 1999. John holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems from the University of the West of England, obtained between 1996 and 2000, and completed high school education at Patchway High School from 1989 to 1996.
