Courtney Broom

Courtney Broom, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Business Development at Right to Start since June 2022, and previously held multiple roles at Babson College, including Business Development & Program Coordinator and Program Coordinator. With extensive experience in strategic communications and community engagement, Courtney has a proven track record in managing business development campaigns, creating programming for entrepreneurial initiatives, and enhancing employee lifecycle experiences in human resources roles. Previous positions include Director of Human Resources Systems for the City of Boston and Senior Projects Manager at City Year. Courtney's educational background includes an MBA from Babson College and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Social Justice from St. John's University.
