Filipa Cavaco has a strong background in trade marketing and brand management. Filipa started their career as a Marketing Assistant at Scottish & Newcastle in 2006 and then moved on to become a Product Manager for the Desperados Brand at Heineken Spain from 2008 to 2010. Filipa then joined LG Electronics Spain as a Brand Manager, where they were responsible for managing campaigns, implementing digital plans, and conducting market analysis. In 2012, Filipa joined Bacardi España as a Brand Manager for the Bacardí brand. Filipa later transitioned to a Trade Marketing Manager role, where they oversaw the on and off-trade channels for the Martini brand. Currently, Filipa is working at Bacardi as a Channel Lead On trade, where they are responsible for developing and implementing the strategy for the annual on-premise commercial plan. Filipa also manages a team of 6 field sales professionals.
Filipa Cavaco completed a Licenciatura degree in Marketing at Escola Superior de Ciencias Empresariais from 2002 to 2006.
