Johanna Mayorga has a diverse work experience in market research and strategy roles. Johanna is currently working as a Strategic Insights & Analytics Lead Latin America at Bacardi since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Unilever as a Consumer Market Insights Manager for Homecare & Performance in Colombia from 2018 to 2021, and as a CMI Manager for Foods & Refreshments in the Middle Americas from 2018 to 2020. Before Unilever, Johanna worked at Kimberly-Clark as a Marketing Research & Analytics Manager for Baby & Child Care in LAO from 2016 to 2018. Johanna also held positions at DuPont as an Industry Marketing Specialist for Nutrition & Health in South America from 2014 to 2016, and as a Key Account Corporate Marketing & Sales in the Andean Region from 2013 to 2014. Johanna's earlier experience includes roles at GfK as a Regional Product Head for Latin America, a Shopper Director, and a Project Director from 2007 to 2013. Johanna started their career at ACNielsen as an Executive Jr. in the Statistics area from 2004 to 2007.
Johanna Mayorga is currently pursuing a Master of Digital Marketing at EAE Business School, with an expected completion date in 2018. Prior to this, they obtained a Graduate Diploma in Marketing from EAFIT in 2010. Johanna also holds a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, with a focus on Statistical Modeling, from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, which they completed from 1999 to 2004.
