In these positions, they led the development and launch of successful brand platforms and spearheaded digital transformation initiatives. Laila also has experience in driving digital communications and creative strategy as a Senior Digital Manager at Bacardi, a Digital Business Development Director at M&C Saatchi, and a Global Digital Account Director at Havas Worldwide. Additionally, Laila has expertise in managing client relationships, new business development, and account management. Laila has worked with major clients such as RBS/NatWest and Jaguar Land Rover. Laila's career also includes roles at Start Design Group and DDB UK, where they were involved in innovative projects for brands like adidas and Volkswagen.
Laila Mignoni has a diverse education history. In 2017 to 2019, they attended Harvard Business School, where they completed the Executive Leadership Program. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2005, they studied at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne. Laila also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications science from Université Côte d'Azur and a BA in Art: Graphic/Web Design from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Laila completed their high school education at Lycee Albert 1er, focusing on Lettres. Additionally, Laila obtained a certification as a Certified Metaverse Expert from the Blockchain Council in 2022.
