Pat Dimassa

Pat DiMassa possesses extensive experience in transportation and logistics, currently serving as Senior Director at Bacardi. Previously, Pat held the position of Vice President of Distribution at SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L'Oreal USA, and advanced through multiple roles at L'Oréal, including AVP of Physical Flows/Site Manager, Production Director, and Cell Manager. Additional experience includes serving as Value Stream Manager at Crane Aerospace, and roles at Avery Dennison as Enterprise Lean Sigma Manager, Lean Deployment Leader, and Six Sigma Black Belt. Pat holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio Northern University.
