Praveen Mishra

Praveen Mishra has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the manufacturing and supply chain industry. Praveen has held positions at companies such as Bacardi, Wrigley India, Pentair, Colgate Palmolive, and Procter & Gamble.

At Bacardi, Praveen served as the Vice President - Global External Manufacturing, leading operations across 42+ locations and supplying over 30% of the global market demand. Praveen developed the global external manufacturing strategy and spearheaded the identification and development of new manufacturing locations. Additionally, they held the role of Vice President Global Procurement - Americas, where they successfully led a team of 35 members and achieved substantial cost savings through strategic partnerships and continuous improvement initiatives.

During their tenure at Wrigley India, Praveen held the position of V.P.- Manufacturing & Supply Chain. Praveen was responsible for two manufacturing facilities, overseeing manufacturing, sourcing, production planning, supply chain, and product warehousing. Praveen implemented world-class manufacturing systems, which resulted in a significant reduction in total delivered cost and improved customer service.

Praveen also served as a Director at Pentair, where they orchestrated global supply and manufacturing operations for pressure vessels. Praveen achieved positive P&L results and improved customer satisfaction by focusing on product development, procurement, manufacturing, supply, and customer service.

At Colgate Palmolive, Praveen served as a Factory Manager and led two oral care plants in India. Praveen successfully turned around the manufacturing systems by creating a high-performance team and implementing total productive maintenance strategies, ultimately improving key performance indicators.

Praveen's career began at Procter & Gamble, where they held various roles in manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and technical services. Praveen led multiple plant leadership roles and played a crucial role in implementing initiatives such as TPM and HPWS on a national level. Praveen also led the logistics team and implemented systems for supplier purchasing agreements and performance tracking.

Throughout their career, Praveen has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a focus on continuous improvement. Their experience spans global operations, procurement, supply chain management, and manufacturing efficiency.

Praveen Mishra holds an Engineer's Degree in Chemical Technology from Harcourt Butler Technical University. Praveen also earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Strategic Management from the University of Edinburgh Business School.
