Scott Schienvar

Scott Schienvar has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Scott most recently worked as the Head Of Operations at Bacardi starting in June 2021. Prior to that, they held various positions at L'Oréal including Vice President Of Operations - Professional Products Division Americas from January 2017 to June 2021, Vice President of Operations from August 2013 to December 2016, Assistant Vice President - Manufacturing Supply Chain from June 2008 to August 2013, and Director of Manufacturing from August 2005 to June 2008. Before joining L'Oréal, they worked as a Plant Superintendent at Church & Dwight Co, Inc. from February 2001 to August 2005. Scott began their career at Anheuser Busch, Inc. as a Project Engineer from January 1993 to January 1999 and later became an Area Manager from January 1999 to February 2001.

Scott Schienvar attended Washington University in St. Louis from 1989 to 1994, where they obtained a BS ChE degree in Chemical Engineering.
