Courtney Ziminski

SVP, Property Management at Baceline Group

Courtney Ziminski is the Senior Vice President of Project Management at Baceline Group. Courtney has over fifteen years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Courtney began their career as a property manager with Means Knaus Partners in March 2013. In August 2013, they were promoted to General Manager when Means Knaus Partners was acquired by JLL. As General Manager, Courtney was responsible for the Orchards Portfolio, which included three properties. In July 2016, Courtney left JLL to become the Director of Property and Facilities Management at RE/MAX. Courtney held this position for two years before returning to Baceline Group in October 2018.

Courtney Ziminski has a BA in Political Science from Colorado State University. Courtney is also a LEED Green Associate and has a certification from BOMI International in RPA. Courtney is currently a License Real Estate Broker Associate and is working towards their CPM (Certified Property Manager) certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

They are on a team with Jon Ruby - General Counsel, Dusty Batsell - EVP, Real Estate, and Lindsey Reevie - EVP, Operations. Courtney Ziminski reports to Brian Capsick, President.
