Kimberley Miller

Kimberley joined Bachem in July of 2021 as Vice President of Human Resources for Bachem Americas. Passionate about people, Kimberley’s career has focused on talent development and maximizing the team member experience in multiple industries and countries. Prior to joining Bachem, she held the position of VP of HR and Communications at Safran Passenger Solutions. Previously she held HR leadership positions at Wabtec, Bresnan Communications, ePolicy and Toyota. Kimberley has a BA in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from CSU Fullerton, and an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School with a focus in Marketing.
