Lucas Medina

Lucas Medina has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lucas started their career at DBServer in 2002, where they worked as a Test Analyst for six years. In 2008, they joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Quality Assurance Engineer. After two years, they transitioned to Thoughtworks, where they held various roles including Software Quality Analyst, Business Analyst, Agile Transformation Consultant, Lead Project Manager, and Lead Product Manager. Lucas worked at Thoughtworks for a total of twelve years, contributing to solving complex problems with technology and strengthening client strategies. In 2023, they joined Back Market as a Principal Product Manager. Throughout their career, Lucas's focus has been on leveraging technology to improve product development and drive business growth.

Lucas Medina attended Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul from 2003 to 2007, where they pursued a degree in Information Systems with a focus on Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, Lucas has obtained several certifications. In 2015, they achieved Duolingo Spanish Fluency at an advanced level. In 2019, they completed the Agile Software Development certification from LinkedIn. Lucas also holds numerous certifications from Code School, including "Discover DevTools," "JavaScript Road Trip Part 1," "JavaScript Road Trip Part 2," "Try Git," "front-end-foundations," and "shaping-up-with-angular-js." Lastly, in August 2023, they obtained the Product Analytics Certification offered by the United Latino Students Association.
