Nicolette B. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Nicolette is currently working as an Instructional Designer at Back Market since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Apple from 2015 to 2021, starting as a Creative Pro where they created training documents, curated learning content, and facilitated technical knowledge growth for internal and external audiences. Nicolette later transitioned to the role of Sales Enablement Specialist, where they created and published learning content and sales tools, crafted knowledge checks, and conducted content audits. Before Apple, Nicolette worked at Brooklyn College as a Lab assistant from 2014 to 2015, gaining experience in collections management, database completion, and 3D imaging. Nicolette also participated in anthropological field work, collaborating on a mural project and archaeological excavations. Nicolette's earliest work experience was as a Graphic Designer at Tardis Systems Inc from 2004 to 2011, where they worked on project-based design for web and print assets.

Nicolette B. obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Physical and Biological Anthropology, with a minor in Art, from City University of New York-Brooklyn College. Nicolette attended the college from 2010 to 2015. Prior to that, they studied Graphic Design at Pratt Institute from 2003 to 2005. In May 2021, Nicolette B. obtained a Certificate in Instructional Design from Georgetown University.
