Robert Wheeler is an experienced talent development and instructional design professional with a strong background in creating and implementing effective training programs across various industries. Currently serving as a Talent Development Manager and Instructional Designer at EPAM Systems, Robert excels in identifying learning needs, setting objectives, and developing engaging content.
