Urszula Krowicka

Urszula Krowicka has a diverse range of work experience in the field of design research and user experience. Urszula is currently working as a Senior UX Researcher at Back Market since September 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Design Research Mentor at Dare IT from December 2020 to April 2021. Urszula also has extensive experience as a freelance Design Researcher, working on various projects with startups and organizations from both public and private sectors. Urszula provided services such as conducting research, creating personas, user flows, and mockups. Some of their clients during this time include Braster SA, Instytut Książki, Porsche Digital, and Displate.

Before working as a freelancer, Urszula worked as a Senior Design Researcher at Dunning, Kruger & Associates (DK&A), where they led research and service design projects for clients. Urszula also wrote commercial proposals for design research projects. Urszula also has experience at Roche, where they worked as a User Experience Researcher and Designer, focusing on creating tools and solutions for employees and conducting research on apps and conducting usability tests. Additionally, they have held positions at VML Poland as a UX Researcher and Designer, Kominote as a Product Manager/Product Designer, SHOWROOM as a Project Manager/Premium Brands Account Manager, Upnext Ltd. as an Operations and Project Manager, and Agora SA as a Project Manager.

In 2008-2009, Urszula attended Universidad Pontificia Comillas, where they studied Psychology.

From 2004 to 2010, Urszula pursued a Master's Degree in Cross-Cultural Psychology at Uniwersytet SWPS.

In 2014-2015, Urszula completed an online course in Human-Computer Interaction at Stanford University.

In 2015-2016, Urszula enrolled in postgraduate studies in User Experience Design at Uniwersytet SWPS.

In 2022, Urszula participated in the d.MBA program, focusing on Business Design.
