Dustin Cruz

Dustin Cruz is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in the automotive and retail industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at BacklotCars since January 2021, Dustin previously held leadership positions at KAR Global as Program Director and at TradeRev as Director of Field Operations. Prior roles include Regional Online Sales and Service Manager and Dealer Sales and Service Manager at ADESA, Dealer Consultant at Cox Automotive Inc., and various positions at CarMax, culminating as Northern Territory Offsite Liaison. Dustin's career began with Golfsmith International as Sales Manager. Dustin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Safety Studies from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, earned in 2008.
