Maddie Busch has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2017, they worked as a Temporary Office Assistant at Home Instead Senior Care, where they developed strong organizational skills and completed various tasks to maintain office efficiency. In 2018, they joined Wartburg College as a Dining Office Assistant, performing clerical procedures and providing customer service to ensure smooth campus dining operations. In 2019, they briefly worked as part of the Building and Grounds Crew for the Woodstock Community Unit School District 200, where they participated in landscaping activities and maintenance tasks. Currently, Maddie is employed at Backstop Solutions Group as a Data Operations Analyst.
