Bernardo Brito

Bernardo Brito is an experienced professional in the metals and mining sectors, currently serving as Country Manager for BacTech Environmental since January 2022, overseeing the implementation of the BACOX processing plant in Ecuador. Previously, Bernardo held the position of Operations Manager at Geostrat S.A. from January 2018 to July 2022, and earlier worked as a Junior Metals Trader at Bluequest Resources AG, where responsibilities included building a portfolio of metals and minerals in Ecuador. Other notable roles include Country Manager for Metals and Minerals at Luzar Trading, and various consulting positions in economic geology and project evaluation for companies such as Lowell Copper Ltd and CIC Resources SAC. Bernardo holds a Master of Science in Metals and Energy Finance from Imperial College London and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Reed College.
