Olivia Lemanski

Olivia Lemanski has a significant work experience in various roles and organizations. Olivia is currently serving as the Vice President of Member Development at UW-Madison Women in Business, where they previously held the positions of Vice President of Administration, Public Outreach Director, and Director of Digital Marketing. Olivia has also worked at Badger Consulting as the Vice President of Strategy and Operations, Director of Marketing & Project Manager, and Project Manager. In addition, they have experience as a Marketing Representative and Customer Service Representative at Wis-Pak, Inc. Olivia served as a Leadership Consultant at Wisconsin DECA and as a Business Marketing Intern at TruStage. Olivia has also contributed as a Workshop Leader for the TACO BELL FOUNDATION INC. Olivia's work experience also includes their role as the Wisconsin DECA President, in which they coordinated conferences, implemented initiatives to enhance the program, and focused on building virtual platforms such as Youtube and Instagram.

Olivia Lemanski has a strong educational background in business and languages. Olivia graduated from Waunakee High School in 2021 with a High School Diploma. In 2019, they began pursuing Dual Enrollment courses in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at the University of Iowa and Spanish at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Currently, Olivia is attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they are working towards a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance, Investment, and Banking, as well as a BBA degree in Marketing. Olivia has also chosen to minor in Spanish. Additionally, Olivia plans to specialize in International Business, highlighting their diverse interests and dedication to expanding their knowledge in those areas. To further enhance their skills, Olivia has obtained several certifications, including the Excel Now Certification from ExcelNow! LLC in December 2021, the Daktronics Certification from Daktronics in May 2021, and the W!SE Financial Literacy Certification from W!SE in June 2018.
