Yiheyis G. has varied work experience in the technical support field. They started their career as an IT Support Consultant, working as a freelancer from 2012 to 2017. Following that, they worked as a Technical Support Representative at Pathfinders from 2017 to 2019. They then moved on to SICOM Systems, Inc., where they worked as a Technical Support Analyst from 2018 to 2019, resolving software, MYSQL, and network-related issues.
