Shanthi has over 20 years of experience in management consulting and has worked with leading organizations in the Middle East, Singapore, and Qatar. Shanthi specializes in IT Advisory projects and has led numerous business transformation projects.

Shanthi Chandrasekar holds a Stanford Lead Professional Certificate from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, an Artificial Intelligence - Strategies for Leading Business Transformation certificate from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, and a B.E in Electrical & Electronics from the University of Madras. Shanthi also attended S.I.E.T.
