Rima Bansal

Rima Bansal is currently the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis and Compensation at Bain Capital. Rima has been with Bain Capital since January 2006 and in their current role for over 16 years. Prior to their current role, they were the Head of Finance and Corporate Secretary at Advisen from January 2004 to December 2006 and Controller from January 2001 to December 2003.

Rima has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Rima is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Rima Bansal has a degree in International Business and Accounting from Ohio Wesleyan University. Rima is also a Certified Financial Analyst from the CFA Institute.
