Rohan Kapoor

Rohan Kapoor currently serves as the Global Head of Capital Markets Operations at Bain Capital, overseeing operations for a $57 billion AUM portfolio across various investment strategies and managing a global team of over 50 members. Additionally, Rohan holds a board membership at Pratham USA. Prior to Bain Capital, Rohan was the CFO of Institutional Services at State Street, where responsibilities included overseeing a business segment that managed over $40 trillion in assets. Rohan also served as Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase & Co., focusing on risk management for significant investment portfolios, and held various positions within the firm, including Vice President in the Credit Portfolio Group. Rohan began a career in finance as a Financial Analyst at Liberty Mutual after earning an MBA in Finance from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Babson College.
