Belinda Spike Harris

Belinda Spike Harris, GPHR, CEBS, currently serves as Vice President of Global Benefits at Bain & Company since May 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Global Total Rewards Senior Manager and Global Total Rewards Manager at Accenture from March 2012 to April 2021, and as an Associate at Mercer from March 2007 to March 2012. Earlier in the career, Belinda held positions as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Illinois at Chicago from August 2005 to December 2006, and as an Analyst at Watson Wyatt Worldwide from August 2003 to September 2005. Belinda holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Illinois Chicago.
