Facundo Molina

As Chief Business Development Officer at BairesDev, Facundo’s main goal is to secure the company’s fast growth pace while improving sales processes and overall experience of leads and current clients.

His strong sales experience, his thirst for new challenges, and his keen eye for new opportunities have been instrumental in BairesDev growth. The company leaned on Facundo’s skills to become the largest and fastest-growing bootstrapped company on the planet with over 3,500 engineers distributed across 36 countries.

At the age of 10, Facundo started programming Basic and Assembler, and when he was 17 he founded his first company, On-Line Systems, an application venture that helped develop his IT sales skills. An engineer by trade, he has worked for several big companies across the region in business and sales related leadership roles.

Facundo holds a bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, as well as studies in project management and business administration.
