As Director of Delivery at BairesDev, Guido leads a high-performing team of Delivery Managers while supporting the planning and successful execution of the projects. He has solid experience in leading and working with cross-functional and cross-cultural, geo-distributed teams that execute digital initiatives to build cutting-edge digital products while promoting an organizational agile culture.

Guido has lived and worked in America and Europe and has experience leading teams across the globe to implement innovative solutions in different industries such as Energy, Travel, and Finance, among others. He holds an International Trade bachelor’s degree and a master’s in Digital Business.
