Ajay Khare

Ajay Khare has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Ajay is currently working as the Head of Manufacturing at Bajaj Electricals Ltd since September 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Operations at Havells India Ltd from September 2020 to August 2023. Ajay also worked as a Plant Director at Lucy Electric from September 2019 to March 2020. Before that, they held the position of Plant Director at Schneider Electric from March 2011 to September 2019. Ajay Khare worked as a Plant Manager at Siemens from September 2008 to March 2011 and as an Operations Manager at CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited from September 2002 to August 2008. Ajay gained experience as a Software Developer at various companies from April 2000 to August 2002. Additionally, they served as a Production Manager at EPCOS from August 1997 to March 2000.
